Marketing Manager – Education / Coaching Industry

Genesis Classes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced, smart, confident and well\-presented Marketing Manager for its Moradabad Centre.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the coaching/education industry, particularly in JEE Main, JEE NEET\-UG preparation.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve admission targets for JEE, NEET and Foundation programmes.
• Generate student enquiries and drive admission conversions.
• Establish strong relationships with school principals, directors, teachers and educational institutions.
• Conduct school visits, seminars, career counselling sessions and promotional activities.
• Manage local marketing, branding, outdoor advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities and analyse competitor activities.
• Coordinate digital marketing, social media promotions and lead\-generation campaigns.
• Build a strong network within the local education market.
• Manage marketing teams and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Monitor enquiry generation, conversion rates and overall marketing performance.

• *Required Qualifications \& Experience:**

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be preferred.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in the coaching or education industry.
• Strong understanding of JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET\-UG and Foundation courses.
• Proven track record in student admissions, marketing and business development.
• Established connections with schools and educational institutions.
• Good knowledge of the local education market.

Professionals currently or previously working as Centre Marketing Managers, Marketing Heads, Admission Managers or Business Development Managers in reputed JEE/NEET coaching institutes.
