Marketing Manager – B2B (PCB \& Electronics Manufacturing)Join India Circuits Pvt. Ltd.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new business opportunities with OEMs, EMS companies, industrial customers, and electronics manufacturers across India.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Generate and follow up on customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Understand customer PCB requirements and coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and planning teams to provide the most suitable solutions.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and high customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market segments, industry trends, and emerging opportunities within the electronics and PCB manufacturing sector.
- Represent India Circuits Pvt. Ltd. during customer visits, exhibitions, technical meetings, and industry events.
- Prepare business presentations, sales reports, customer visit reports, and periodic MIS for management review.
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding domestic and export business.
- *Skills**
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship\-building and customer management abilities.
- Ability to understand technical products and customer applications.
- A proactive, self\-driven, and result\-oriented mindset.
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem\-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
- *Preferred Qualification \& Experience**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8–15 years of experience in B2B Sales \& Marketing within PCB, EMS, Electronics Manufacturing, Electrical, Industrial Automation, Components, or related manufacturing industries.
- Experience in handling OEMs, EMS customers, industrial accounts, or key customer relationships will be an added advantage.
