Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the amusement park and resort.
• Lead and manage the Marketing Executives and coordinate their daily marketing activities.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to the marketing team.
• Monitor the performance of Marketing Executives and ensure assigned targets are achieved.
• Plan and conduct marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, travel agencies, corporate groups, and other potential customers.
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team to improve brand awareness and promotions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare marketing reports and submit updates to management.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
