Job Summary

Fotia Ventures Private Limited is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with full\-time fieldwork, client interactions, lead generation, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
• Generate new leads through field visits, property promotions, and market research.
• Identify potential customers and build strong client relationships.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers.
• Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, site visit, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve business performance.
• Submit daily activity updates and regular performance reports to management.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum **2 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales**.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client\-handling skills.
• Willingness to work entirely in the field.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct site visits, and achieve targets.
• Self\-motivated, proactive, and result\-oriented approach.
• Must be available to join immediately or at the earliest.

Salary \& Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000, depending on experience and interview performance.
