Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote business school programs and executive education offerings.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
• Manage lead generation campaigns and optimize conversion rates for admissions.
• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to support enrollment targets.
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, newsletters, blogs, and promotional content.
• Manage the institution's website and ensure content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, industry associations, and educational consultants.
• Organize webinars, seminars, education fairs, workshops, and networking events.
• Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and vendors for branding and promotional activities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
