Marketing Manager

• *About the Role:**

Atluri Holdings is hiring a **Marketing Manager** to lead comprehensive marketing functions across its group companies. The role spans strategy, branding, advertising, digital marketing, PR, events, lead generation, and tender management. The ideal candidate should be **tech\-savvy, detail\-oriented, and capable of leveraging Generative AI (GenAI)** for optimizing workflows and enhancing efficiency.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

· Develop and execute annual marketing strategies, budgets, and campaigns.

· Manage branding, brand identity, and corporate communication materials.

· Oversee advertising, PR campaigns, trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events.

· Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and website management.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to support decision\-making.

· Implement lead management strategies and maintain CRM databases.

· Coordinate tender submissions, proposals, and documentation support for SBUs.

• *Qualifications:**

· MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.

· 6–10 years’ experience in marketing management roles (B2B/B2C exposure preferred).

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

· Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and **Generative AI (GenAI) applications**.
