Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented **Marketing Manager** to develop and execute marketing strategies, generate quality leads, increase brand visibility, and drive business growth for our immigration consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective online and offline marketing strategies.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Generate high\-quality leads for immigration, study visa, work permit, and PR services.
• Manage social media marketing, branding, promotional campaigns, and content strategies.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and achieve business targets.
• Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, ROI, and lead generation costs.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage marketing executives, content creators, and digital marketing teams.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions, referral partners, and other relevant organizations.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **3–5 years of marketing experience**, preferably in immigration consultancy or education services.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation.
• Experience managing marketing teams and campaign budgets.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and support sales growth.

• Monthly qualified lead generation targets.
• Cost per lead (CPL) and campaign ROI.
• Lead\-to\-client conversion rates.

• Achievement of monthly marketing and business growth targets.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
