We are seeking a passionate and results\-oriented **Marketing Manager** to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA and possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to optimize marketing performance.
• Plan and execute both digital and offline marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and industry influencers.
• Drive student acquisition and enrollment growth through targeted marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Oversee the marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
• Manage and guide the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Represent and promote the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• *Requirements:**

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related specialization.
• 0–2 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
• Experience in the EdTech domain will be an added advantage.
• Exceptional communication, Presentation and leadership skills.
• Additional certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Pay: From ₹240,000\.00 per year
