Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
• Identify new customers, business opportunities and potential markets in the textile industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer networks.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, price negotiations and order follow\-ups.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, QC and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct customer visits, meetings and business development activities.
• Ensure timely collection follow\-ups and resolve customer\-related issues.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis and business development plans.
• Lead and monitor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Any Degree / MBA in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in Textile / Printing / Textile Processing Industry.
• Good knowledge of marketing, sales, customer handling and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and ERP systems.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships.
