Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, result\-oriented, and highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead business development and client acquisition activities for our Security \& Manpower Services division. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a proven track record of generating business from Government, PSU, Corporate, Industrial, Commercial, and Residential sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development \& Client Acquisition
- Generate new business opportunities for Security Guard Services, Gunmen Services, Facility Management, and Manpower Outsourcing Services.
- Identify and approach potential clients across Corporate Offices, Industries, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Banks, Warehouses, Logistics Companies, and Government Organizations.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business proposals.
- Develop long\-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Marketing \& Sales
- Prepare marketing strategies to increase company visibility and market share.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Promote company services through direct marketing, networking, references, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Coordinate with the tender team to identify business opportunities through GeM, Government Tenders, and Private Contracts.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and service presentations.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.
- Handle client queries, service concerns, and contract renewals.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular client visits and service review meetings.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Recruitment, and Compliance teams for smooth service delivery.
- Assist in manpower planning and deployment discussions with clients.
- Monitor project execution and client feedback.
Reporting
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports to management.
- Track sales pipeline and revenue growth opportunities.

Educational Qualification
- MBA (Marketing) / PGDM (Marketing) Preferred.
- Graduate with relevant industry experience may also apply.
