Marketing Manager – Part-Time (f/m/d)

Do you love turning complex ideas into clear stories, want to learn how AI can change the way marketing works, and enjoy talking to people?

We are looking for a motivated, hands\-on colleague who wants to grow with us: someone who writes well, picks up the phone with confidence and is eager to bring AI into everyday marketing work.

• *What you’ll do**
• -----------------

You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and our CEO, in three areas:

• **Content and channels.** Help build and run our content plan. Draft and schedule posts for LinkedIn, blog articles and our newsletter, turning our team’s expertise and our client work into clear, engaging stories for Innovation, Business and R\&D leaders.
• **Lead nurturing and follow\-up.** Nurture our warm leads. Monitor how they engage with our content, emails and website, follow up by email or phone at the right moment, and keep every interaction up to date in HubSpot.
• **HubSpot and campaigns.** Keep our contacts clean, build lists, prepare email campaigns and set up simple workflows in HubSpot.

Across all three, you will test and use AI tools to work faster and smarter: for research, first drafts, lead preparation and campaign analysis. We want your help identifying what delivers results and embedding it in how we operate.

• *Experience and qualifications**

### **Must have**

• **Motivation and drive.** You take initiative, finish what you start and enjoy getting things published and moving.
• **Curiosity about AI.** You already use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar, and you want to learn how to bring them into real marketing workflows.
• **German and English.** Very good German and English, written and spoken **(C1 or higher). Both are mandatory:** you will write in both and speak with clients in both.
• **Strong writing.** You write clearly and can make technical topics easy to understand.
• **Confidence on the phone.** You are comfortable calling potential clients and want to build your sales skills.
• **Work permit.** A valid work permit for Germany is mandatory.

### **Nice to have**

• **B2B experience.** Experience in B2B marketing, communications or sales.
• Experience with WordPress or newsletter tools.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM and marketing automation tools. If you are new to it, we will teach you.
