• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns for our project
• Generate quality leads through on\-ground activities and promotional campaigns
• Develop strategies to improve walk\-ins and site visits
• Track performance and optimize lead generation activities
• Build strong local market presence and brand visibility
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow and conversions

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing
• Strong understanding of the Chhattisgarh real estate market
• Experience in lead generation through offline channels
