We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Marketing Manager** to develop and execute marketing strategies for our **E\-commerce platform and Offline Hypermarket**.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase **online and offline sales**.
• Plan and execute **promotional offers, discounts, combo offers, seasonal campaigns and customer schemes**.
• Develop strategies to increase **customer footfall and sales at the hypermarket**.
• Plan marketing campaigns to increase **online orders and customer engagement**.
• Manage and coordinate **digital marketing, social media promotions and advertising campaigns**.
• Identify customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
• Plan campaigns for **festivals, special occasions, product launches and promotional events**.
• Work closely with the **Sales, Operations and Purchase teams** to plan effective offers and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance, sales results and marketing ROI.
• Develop ideas for **customer acquisition, retention and loyalty programs**.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies and other marketing partners when required.
• Prepare monthly marketing plans, budgets and performance reports.
• Take responsibility for achieving **marketing and sales targets**.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Business Administration or a related field**.
• **2–5 years of experience** in marketing, preferably in **retail, supermarket, e\-commerce or FMCG**.
• Strong knowledge of **digital marketing and social media marketing**.
• Experience in planning and executing **sales promotions and offers**.
• Good understanding of **customer acquisition and retention strategies**.
• Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyse sales and campaign performance.
• Creative, proactive and target\-oriented approach.
