We are seeking a dynamic **Marketing Manager** to spearhead lead generation initiatives, strengthen investor relations, onboard developers and brands, and drive social media marketing campaigns for brand awareness. This role is ideal for a results\-driven professional with strong networking and digital marketing expertise.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified investor leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, landlords, and brands for onboarding.
- Plan and manage **social media campaigns** (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and oversee content calendars, promotional posts, and digital ads for lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design investor\-friendly communication and promotional materials.
- Track performance metrics across campaigns and optimize for higher conversion.
- *Qualifications \& Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in marketing, business development, or real estate/franchise consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Hands\-on experience with **social media marketing tools, analytics, and lead generation strategies**.
- Creative mindset with ability to craft compelling digital campaigns.
