Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, results\-driven **Marketing Manager** with experience in the construction or commercial real estate industries. In this role, you will lead our brand strategy, manage business\-to\-business (B2B) marketing campaigns, and directly support our business development team in winning high\-value contracts.
Unlike traditional consumer marketing, construction marketing relies heavily on relationship\-building, technical credibility, and navigating long sales cycles. You will be responsible for telling our company’s story—translating complex engineering achievements, safety milestones, and architectural designs into compelling narratives that win bids and attract top talent.
Core Responsibilities
- **Proposal Support \& Proposal Layouts (RFPs/RFQs):** Partner with estimating and business development teams to write, design, and produce winning Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Qualification (RFQ) packages.
- **Project Photography \& Case Studies:** Coordinate on\-site photography and videography at various stages of construction. Write compelling project profiles and case studies highlighting our technical capabilities.
- **Digital Marketing \& Content Strategy:** Manage the company website, email newsletters, and B2B social media channels (with a heavy focus on LinkedIn). Author thought\-leadership content regarding industry trends, sustainability, and safety innovations.
- **Brand Management:** Maintain and enforce consistent visual identity and messaging guidelines across all job site signage, vehicle wraps, corporate apparel, and marketing collateral.
- **Public Relations \& Community Engagement:** Draft and distribute press releases for major project groundbreakings, completions, and corporate awards. Oversee community relations and industry association memberships.
- **Internal Communications:** Support Human Resources with recruitment marketing and internal campaigns to promote our safety culture and celebrate employee achievements.
Qualifications \& Requirements
- **Experience:** 2 to 5 years of marketing experience, with a **minimum of 2 years specifically within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction)** or commercial real estate industries.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- **Software Proficiency:**
- Advanced skills in **Adobe Creative Cloud** (specifically InDesign for proposals, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Experience with **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)** systems (e.g., Salesforce, Cosential, or HubSpot).
- Proficiency with WordPress or similar Content Management Systems (CMS).
- **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with construction terminology, delivery methods (Design\-Build, General Contracting, Construction Management), and the bid process.
- **Travel:** Ability to occasionally travel to active, dusty construction environments for site photography and team meetings (appropriate Personal Protective Equipment will be provided).
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
