Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented \*Marketing \& MIS Executive\* to manage digital marketing activities, maintain management information system (MIS) reports, and assist with billing and invoicing operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of digital marketing, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Digital Marketing

\- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities for BMA.

\- Manage social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.

\- Coordinate the creation and publishing of social media posts, reels, banners and promotional content.

\- Support lead generation campaigns and maintain marketing performance reports.

\- Track engagement, reach, leads and campaign performance.

\- Coordinate with designers, content creators and external marketing agencies, wherever required.

\- Assist with website content updates and basic SEO activities.

2\. Billing \& Invoicing

\- Prepare client invoices and bills as per internal instructions.

\- Maintain billing records, invoice registers and client\-wise billing trackers.

\- Coordinate with the concerned teams for invoice details and supporting documents.

\- Track invoice status, pending bills and payment follow\-ups.

\- Assist in maintaining billing\-related MIS and documentation.

Required Skills

\- 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, MIS reporting or billing operations.

\- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

\- Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.

\- Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools will be an advantage.

\- Knowledge of billing software or invoice preparation is preferred.

\- Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.

\- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

\- A graduate in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

\- A self\-motivated individual comfortable handling both marketing and administrative reporting tasks.

\- Able to work from our Burrabazar, Kolkata office.
