We need a hands\-on Marketing Operations Specialist to build and scale our outbound sales infrastructure, lead enrichment pipelines, email deliverability, and automation workflows. This is an execution\-focused role for a technical builder.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Infrastructure: Configure DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), manage mailboxes, and maintain inbox deliverability.
• Data \& Enrichment: Build targeted prospect lists in Apollo and Clay using automated enrichment waterfalls and verification.
• Workflow Automation: Build integrations via n8n, Make, or Zapier using webhooks, APIs, and JSON with proper error handling.
• Sales Ops \& CRM: Manage campaign setup, reply monitoring, CRM synchronization, and field mapping.
• Operations \& SOPs: Monitor workflow reliability, build performance dashboards, and document standard procedures.

Qualifications

• 2\+ years in marketing ops, sales ops, or growth operations.
• Hands\-on experience with SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, Apollo, and Clay.
• Proficiency in n8n, Make, or Zapier, along with APIs/webhooks.
• Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Smart lead, Instantly, or basic Python/SQL.

Pay: ₹674,000\.00 \- ₹1,820,000\.00 per year
