Marketing Operations Manager

Oversee day\-to\-day marketing operations in the export division, ensuring efficient project delivery and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities at this Role

• **Own** the intake and prioritization of marketing requests
• **Manage** project tracking across all brands
• **Ensure** all outputs meet brand guidelines
• **Report** on output and on\-time delivery monthly
• **Coach** junior team members for growth

Must\-Haves for this Role

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or agency account management.
• Experience managing a creative/content team and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in workflow management, campaign delivery, prioritisation, and process optimisation.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹100,000\.00 \- ₹125,000\.00 per month
