XIPL is building the future of e\-commerce retail technology. We are looking for a Marketing Program Management Intern to help drive the digital go\-to\-market strategy for our flagship product, the Tuck Virtual Try\-On (VTON) platform.
This is not a "fetch coffee" internship. This is a high\-ownership, fast\-paced role where you will get your hands dirty across the entire digital marketing spectrum. If you have a deep understanding of the digital landscape, an obsession with organization, and the drive to build campaigns from the ground up, this role will be your ultimate launchpad.
As the engine behind our digital marketing efforts, you will manage, execute, and scale the campaigns that bring Tuck VTON to the global market.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO):** Implement on\-page and off\-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to our platform.
- **Social Media Management (SMM):** Own our social channels. Plan, schedule, and execute a content calendar that builds our brand presence.
- **Content Creation:** Draft compelling copy, design basic creatives, and produce engaging content for blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- **Paid Ad Management:** Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to generate high\-quality B2B leads.
- **Program Management:** Track campaign metrics, organize marketing assets, manage timelines, and ensure every initiative is executed flawlessly.
- **Education:** BBA, B.Tech, or any graduate degree. (Your degree matters less than your hustle and clarity of thought).
- **Experience:** 0 to 1 year of experience or strong academic/freelance background in digital marketing.
