*Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Marketing \& Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting franchise opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

*Key Responsibilities**

Identify and generate new business leads through calls, social media, networking, and field activities.
Promote franchise opportunities and company services to potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and follow\-ups with prospects.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Maintain customer databases and sales reports.

Handle client queries and provide business consultation support.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
0\-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an added advantage.
Self\-motivated, confident, and target\-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
