BoneBuddy is a technology\-enabled healthcare platform focused on providing home\-based physiotherapy and post\-surgical rehabilitation services. We connect patients with qualified physiotherapists and enable doctors to monitor patient recovery through regular progress reports and video updates.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit Orthopaedic Surgeons, Hospitals, Clinics and Physiotherapy Centres to promote BoneBuddy services.
• Generate new business leads and develop strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Explain BoneBuddy's services, packages and benefits to doctors and hospital management.
• Convert doctor referrals and potential business leads into paying customers.
• Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand BoneBuddy's presence across Mumbai.
• Follow up regularly with doctors, patients and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain daily sales reports, client databases and follow\-up records.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth patient onboarding.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with doctors and hospital management.
• Strong networking and relationship\-building skills.
• Target\-oriented, self\-motivated and willing to travel across Mumbai.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Two\-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience).
