Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven B2C Sales Head to lead and scale our consumer sales business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, leading high\-performing sales teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall B2C sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate regional and field sales teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through effective sales initiatives.
- Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for teams and individuals.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute lead generation and customer engagement campaigns.
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to improve the customer journey.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Ensure CRM adoption, accurate sales reporting, and data\-driven decision\-making.
- Recruit, train, and develop high\-performing sales professionals.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 10–15\+ years of experience in B2C sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing large sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and business development.
