Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven B2C Sales Head to lead and scale our consumer sales business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, leading high\-performing sales teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall B2C sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate regional and field sales teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through effective sales initiatives.
  • Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for teams and individuals.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions where required.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute lead generation and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Work closely with Product, Operations, and Customer Support teams to improve the customer journey.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and revenue planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Ensure CRM adoption, accurate sales reporting, and data\-driven decision\-making.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high\-performing sales professionals.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10–15\+ years of experience in B2C sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth.
  • Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and business development.
