About the work from home job/internship1\. Lead Generation \& Prospect Research

Identify potential business clients, including manufacturers, exporters, suppliers and service businesses.

Research businesses and identify relevant decision\-makers.

Maintain an organized database of potential clients.

2\. Client Outreach \& Initial Screening

Connect with potential clients through approved calling, email and other professional outreach channels.

Introduce OHO's services and understand the prospect's requirements.

Identify interested and qualified prospects.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow\-ups.

3\. Appointment Setting

Schedule discovery meetings between interested prospects and OHO's founder.

Share relevant business requirements before meetings.

Coordinate follow\-ups with potential clients.

4\. Sales Reporting

Maintain daily activity records in the company's CRM/Google Sheets.

Track conversations, qualified leads, meetings scheduled and deal progress.

Participate in regular performance reviews.

Final client meetings, quotations, negotiations, project execution and deal closing will be handled by the founder.

Daily Target: 10 Meaningful Business Conversations

A meaningful conversation is a connected interaction where

a) The prospect is a relevant business representative or decision\-maker.

b) OHO's services are briefly introduced.

c) The prospect understands the offering.

d) The prospect provides a clear response regarding interest, requirements or lack of interest.

e) The conversation is accurately recorded in the CRM.

f) Unanswered calls, incorrect numbers, voicemails and conversations with unrelated individuals will not count.

Performance will also be assessed based on

a) Quality of leads generated

b) Qualified meetings scheduled

c) Accuracy of CRM reporting

d) Professional communication

e) Revenue generated through attributed leads

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 per month
