We require a dynamic and technically proficient Sales and Marketing Specialist to expand market share for our industrial powder coatings manufacturing division, targeting sectors like automotive, architectural, appliances, and general engineering. Approximately 60% of the role focuses on sales and business development, including identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with job coaters, OEMs, and metal fabricators through technical consultations. The remaining effort involves designing marketing strategies to position our high-performance coatings as the premium choice, while managing regional sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, and executing technical B2B sales closures. You will be expected to understand coating technology to consult effectively with industrial clients and drive growth in a competitive manufacturing environment.
