• *Job Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and result\-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, communicating with clients, conducting product demonstrations and presentations, following up on payments, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• *This is a target\-based job role.** The candidate will be expected to achieve assigned monthly targets related to lead conversion, client acquisition, sales, and payment follow\-ups. Performance\-based incentives will be provided in addition to the salary.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Generate, follow up on, and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and client\-conversion targets.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations for clients.
• Explain company products and services and prepare quotations for prospective customers.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and build long\-term business relationships.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending payments, outstanding dues, and renewals.
• Maintain and update customer databases, lead records, sales reports, and payment information.
• Respond to customer queries and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on calls, leads, conversions, sales, and target achievement.
• Assist with marketing activities, email communication, and other administrative tasks as required.

• *Target \& Incentive Structure**

• The position involves clearly defined monthly performance targets.
• Targets may include lead conversion, new client acquisition, sales revenue, and payment recovery, depending on assigned responsibilities.
• Performance will be reviewed periodically based on target achievement and overall productivity.
• **Additional incentives will be provided based on performance and target achievement.**
• The candidate should be proactive, self\-motivated, and comfortable working in a target\-driven environment.

• *Qualifications \& Skills**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and database management.
• Ability to manage client relationships, meet deadlines, and achieve assigned targets.
• Strong follow\-up skills and a result\-oriented approach.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
