We are looking for a performance driven PPC Specialist who understands how to turn advertising into real sales growth. In this role, you will manage and optimize paid campaigns across major European marketplaces including Amazon, Cdiscount, B\&Q, and ManoMano.
Your main focus will be improving visibility, controlling advertising spend, and driving profitable sales growth through smart campaign management.
What You Will Be Doing (Day to Day Impact)
You will be responsible for managing all paid advertising activities across marketplaces.
● Create and manage PPC campaigns across Amazon Ads and other marketplace advertising platforms
● Research and select relevant keywords that drive traffic and conversions
● Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting
● Monitor search term reports and remove wasted ad spend
● Improve product visibility by increasing ad placement efficiency
● Work closely with the marketplace team to align ads with product listings and promotions
Your work will directly influence how often customers see our products and how efficiently we convert that visibility into sales.
Campaign Strategy and Optimization
This role is not just about running ads. It is about building a strong performance strategy.
● Develop structured PPC strategies for each marketplace
● Segment campaigns based on product categories, performance, and goals
● Test different bidding strategies to improve ROI
● Scale high performing campaigns while cutting underperforming ones
● Ensure strong ACoS, ROAS, and overall profitability targets are met
Your goal is to make sure every euro spent on ads brings measurable return.
Data Analysis and Reporting
You will work closely with performance data every day.
● Track key PPC metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
● Analyze campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
● Prepare clear and simple performance reports for management
● Use data to guide decisions rather than assumptions
● Monitor competitor advertising strategies where possible
Collaboration with Teams
You will work closely with multiple teams to ensure maximum ad performance.
● Coordinating with listing and content teams to improve product pages
● Working with marketplace managers to align promotions and campaigns
● Collaborating with logistics teams to ensure stock availability during high ad traffic periods
● Supporting new product launches with strong PPC setups
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who has strong hands\-on experience in marketplace advertising and understands performance marketing deeply.
● Experience with Amazon PPC (mandatory for EU marketplaces preferred)
● Exposure to Cdiscount, ManoMano, or B\&Q advertising platforms is a strong plus
● Strong understanding of keyword research and campaign structure
● Experience optimizing ACoS, ROAS, and conversion metrics
● Good analytical skills and comfort working with Excel or reporting tools
● Ability to manage budgets and make data\-driven decisions
● Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)
● Experience in home improvement, DIY, or retail product categories
● Familiarity with PPC tools like Helium 10, Sellics, or similar
● Basic knowledge of European marketplaces and multilingual keyword strategies
● Experience working in fast growing e\-commerce or agency environments
Pay: Up to ₹800,000\.00 per year
