Marketting Executive

• *1\. Sales \& Target Achievement**

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Increase product distribution and market share
• Identify new sales opportunities and potential clients

• Ensure proper product display and shelf positioning
• Implement in\-store promotions and branding activities
• Monitor competitor products and schemes

• *3\. Order Collection \& Payment Follow\-up**

• Collect orders from customers
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for delivery
• Follow up on outstanding payments

• *4\. Market Intelligence \& Reporting**

• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
• Report daily sales activities to Sales Manager
• Track competitor pricing and promotional offers

• *5\. Stock \& Inventory Monitoring**

• Prevent stock shortages and overstock situations
• Ensure availability of fast\-moving products

• *Required Skills**

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Persuasion and selling ability
• Basic knowledge of inventory and billing
• Ability to work in field sales environment
• Time management and route planning skills

• *Typical Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not always mandatory)
• Experience in FMCG sales (advantage)
• Valid Two \& Four Wheel driving license

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
