MarTech / SaaS Application Specialist

• *JD\- SAAS Application Specialist**

The role requires hands\-on experience with **Sprinklr and OneTrust**, along with strong troubleshooting, stakeholder\-management, and platform\-governance skills. Exposure to **Kaltura or other enterprise video management platforms** is an advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Sprinklr**

• Support day\-to\-day administration and operational activities within Sprinklr.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and platform configurations.
• Support social media management, publishing, engagement, and social listening requirements.
• Troubleshoot platform\-related issues and coordinate with internal teams and vendor support when required.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and platform adoption activities.
• Assist business users with platform\-related queries and technical issues.

• *OneTrust**

• Support OneTrust configuration and ongoing operational activities.
• Work with website, marketing, analytics, privacy, and development teams on consent\-management requirements.
• Support cookie consent/banner configurations and preference\-management requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting consent\-related issues across websites.
• Coordinate implementation and validation activities with technical and privacy stakeholders.
• Understand the impact of consent management on analytics and marketing technologies such as Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.

• *Kaltura – Good to Have**

• Basic understanding or hands\-on exposure to Kaltura or similar enterprise video management platforms.
• Support video publishing, content management, user/access management, and platform\-related requests.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams for video\-management requirements and troubleshooting.
