Master Data Management (MDM) Executive / Analyst

Manage daily requests for master data creation, updates, extensions, blocking, and obsolescence across

Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Pricing Conditions, PIRs, Source Lists, BOM, and Info Records within agreed SLA timelines

– Validate all master data entries before system creation field\-level checks, cross\-reference verification, and downstream impact review to prevent errors from flowing into procurement, production, or billing transactions

– Identify and resolve data quality issues: duplicates, incomplete records, incorrect classifications through periodic audits and targeted cleansing cycles

– Liaise with business teams to gather accurate data requirements and translate them into correct system entries manage competing priorities without compromising accuracy

– Investigate master data errors and transaction failures, conduct root cause analysis and coordinate resolution with IT and functional teams

– Support UAT and regression testing for master data after ERP upgrades, patch deployments, or interface changes

– Maintain SOPs, data dictionaries, field mapping documents, and change logs version\-controlled and readyfor audit always

– Prepare periodic data quality reports, SLA adherence summaries, and exception reports for stakeholdersand team leads

– Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements template standardisation, validation rule enhancements, or automation of repetitive bulk tasks

\& Master Data Tools

Hands\-on experience in SAP ECC 6\.0 or SAP S/4 HANA \& other ERP tools proficient in MDM transaction

Hands\-on experience in writing SQL queries

Mass data operations using LSMW, BDC recordings, or equivalent ERP data load tools for bulk uploads,

corrections, and migrations

– Experience with SQVIs, SAP Query, and standard/custom data extraction programs for validation and

reporting

– Knowledge of MDG (Master Data Governance) for change request processing and data activation

preferred

– Exposure to Ariba, SFDC (Salesforce), or Informatica/equivalent ETL middleware for cross\-system data

Data Quality \& Governance

– Data profiling, cleansing, and duplicate resolution using ERP reports or equivalent quality tools

– Experience working within a data governance framework approval workflow, stewardship responsibilities,

audit trail maintenance

– Root cause analysis for data quality issues, corrective and preventive action implementation

Request \& Documentation Management– Hands\-on use of ServiceNow (SNOW), Remedy, JIRA, or equivalent for MDM request tracking and SLA

management

– Proven ability to write and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and field\-level data dictionaries

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
