Hiring: MBA (Fresher/ 0\-2 yrs) — EPM \& Business Intelligence

What You'll Do

Support EPM activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Work on costing, consolidation, and management reporting engagements

Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and BI reports

Analyze financial and operational data to generate actionable insights

Prepare structured reports and presentations for internal and client use

Collaborate with leadership on client deliverables and project execution

Who's a Good Fit

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience welcome

Prior experience or articleship exposure in budgeting, costing, or consolidation preferred

Strong hands\-on knowledge of Microsoft Excel — this is non\-negotiable

Exposure to BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred

Analytical thinker with high attention to detail and structured problem\-solving

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple deliverables

Qualifications

Strong Excel skills required;

BI/EPM tool experience preferred. Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and spreadsheets

Experience: 0–2 years post\-qualification
