We are looking for motivated MBA candidates specializing in Operations Management, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields. This 6\-month internship provides hands\-on experience in business operations, data analysis, process optimization, and business decision\-making.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate actionable business insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Support business planning, operational coordination, and process optimization.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in performance analysis.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand business requirements and improve workflows.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

• *Requirements**

• MBA students or recent graduates specializing in Operations, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, logical\-thinking, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• *Internship Details**

• **Duration:** 6 months
• **Stipend:** ₹5,000–₹10,000 per month, depending on interview performance.
• **Work Mode:** Hybrid (for the time being).
• **Location:** Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

• *Full\-Time Career Opportunity**

Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be considered for a full\-time position with an annual salary package of **₹3 LPA–₹5 LPA**. Conversion will depend on performance, skills, ownership, and overall suitability.
