Mechanical Documentation Engineer

To manage the maintenance and repair of our vehicle fleet. The role involves coordinating

with mechanics and staff, overseeing spare parts procurement, supporting fleet

management software, and ensuring smooth operations through accurate record\-keeping

and reporting. This position is key to maintaining fleet efficiency, safety, and timely

resolution of maintenance issue.

• *Responsibilities and duties:**

▪ Follow up on all complaints reported by the Preventive Care Mechanic in the group,

ensuring proper acknowledgment, documentation, and timely action.

▪ Prepare and submit structured summary reports to the Managing Director, detailing

complaints received, actions taken, and pending issues.

▪ Communicate directly with drivers, operators, and relevant staff to gather accurate

information and ensure prompt resolution of complaints.

▪ Monitor and track the procurement process of vehicle spare parts and materials to

ensure timely availability.

▪ Coordinate and support the implementation and smooth functioning of the Fleet X

software system.

▪ Prepare and submit detailed daily reports covering all complaints, including their status

and progress updates.
