Mechanical Engineer- Tech Support

• B E / B Tech \- Mechanical Engineering
• 0\-2 years experienced. Freshers welcome
• Provide clients with technical support as needed
• Handle License Creation, License and Software (related to Tires, Automobile Restraints) installation.
• Support License Migrations, First level technical support to customers. Be able to handle escalation and coordination process related to secondary technical support.
• Good communication skills both speaking and written.
• Have interest and ability to learn and be able to work with people and be business savvy.
• Contribute to sales presentations/ pre sales / and handle software trials related licensing and software installation.

Pay: ₹240,000\.00 \- ₹276,000\.00 per year
