Excellent Publicity is a media and advertising company. Since 2011 we have planned and bought media for 5,000\+ brands, including the likes of Google, RBI, IIM\-A, Amazon, Uber and Apple, across 3,00,000\+ campaigns spanning hoardings, airports, metro and transit, newspapers, radio, cinema, television, digital, performance, influencer and sports.

We are an energetic young team of almost 100 people across Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and Dubai, with a strong in\-house tech team building AI\-powered products, including EPitch, which builds detailed media plans and strategies in hours, and Atlas, which makes offline advertising as measurable and transparent as digital.

• *About the role:**

You will support our business development and client servicing work: reaching out to prospective clients, setting up meetings for the team, following up and keeping our records in order. Along the way you will learn how ATL and BTL media are planned and bought, which is the foundation of a career in this industry.

• *What you will do:**

• **Reach out to prospective clients.** Contact potential clients and decision makers by phone and other professional channels, and open the conversation confidently.
• **Set up the meetings.** Qualify interest and schedule meetings for the team with the right people.
• **Support business development.** Assist with lead generation and client acquisition activity across the team.
• **Follow up and coordinate.** Coordinate with internal teams and make sure every prospect and client is followed up on time.
• **Keep the records clean.** Maintain and update lead trackers, client databases and spreadsheets, and keep organised records of calls, leads, meetings and business development activity.
• **Help service the accounts.** Support client servicing, meeting coordination and follow\-ups on live accounts.
• **Learn the media business.** Build an understanding of advertising and marketing, particularly ATL and BTL media, and how campaigns are planned and bought.

• *Your first 90 days:**

• *1st \- 3rd Week \-** Learn what we sell across ATL and BTL media, listen in on live calls and client conversations, and make your first outreach calls with support.

• *4th \- 8th Week \-** Run your own calling list and start booking meetings for the team. Take over your trackers and keep them current without being asked.

• *9th \- 12th Week:** Hold your outreach and follow\-up targets consistently, and support client servicing and meeting coordination on your own.

• *Who we are looking for:**

• **Excellent verbal communication.** You are confident on the phone and can speak professionally with decision makers and prospective clients.
• **Good coordination and follow\-up skills.** You stay on top of who needs to be called back, and when.
• **Organised by habit.** You keep clean records and your trackers are always current.
• **Working knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets.** For basic data management, tracking and reporting.
• **Genuinely interested in advertising and media.** In marketing, media planning, and ATL and BTL activity.
• **Proactive and willing to learn.** You take ownership of what you are given and see it through.

• Freshers and candidates with up to two year of relevant experience are eligible. Any graduate.*

**What you will earn**

• *Fixed CTC \-** ₹3,00,000 \- ₹4,20,000 per annum, benchmarked to experience
