Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and business\-oriented Media Manager to lead the

brand presence, digital communication, and visual storytelling for our Interior and Furniture

group. The role is responsible for building a strong market image, generating high\-quality

leads, and positioning the company as a premium and trusted brand in the interior and

furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Brand \& Media Strategy

Develop and execute media and communication strategies aligned with business goals

Build strong brand identity across digital and offline platforms

Plan campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, and seasonal promotions

2\. Social Media Management

Handle Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant

platforms

Create content calendars and ensure consistent posting

Grow followers, engagement, and brand reach organically and through paid campaigns

3\. Content Creation \& Visual Communication

Coordinate photo shoots and video shoots of

Interior projects

Furniture collections

Factory/manufacturing processes

Develop reels, videos, project walkthroughs, and testimonials

Write captions, blogs, and promotional content

4\. Lead Generation \& Digital Marketing

Run and monitor paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.)

Generate qualified leads for interior projects and furniture sales

Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI

5\. Website \& Online Presence

Manage website updates, project uploads, and SEO coordination

Ensure portfolio and product catalog are up\-to\-date

Monitor Google reviews and online reputation

6\. Event \& Exhibition Promotion

Plan media promotions for exhibitions, trade shows, and client events

Design invitations, brochures, and digital creatives

7\. Vendor \& Agency Coordination

Work with photographers, videographers, designers, and marketing agencies

Ensure quality and brand consistency in all creatives

8\. Analytics \& Reporting

Prepare monthly reports on

Engagement

Reach

Leads generated

Campaign performance

Suggest improvement strategies based on data

Required Skills \& Competencies

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing

Knowledge of interior design trends and furniture aesthetics

Creativity in visual storytelling

Basic knowledge of photography \& videography

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar

Ability to run paid ad campaigns

Strong communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

Graduate in Marketing / Media / Communication / Design

Certification in Digital Marketing preferred

Experience Required

3–7 years in media management / digital marketing

Experience in Interior, Architecture, Real Estate, or Lifestyle brands preferred

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹82,000\.00 per month
