About the Role
TFG is looking for a dynamic and target\-oriented Media Sales Executive to drive advertising sales, sponsorship revenue, media partnerships, and content production business. The role involves identifying new clients, selling integrated media and branding solutions, and generating revenue through advertising campaigns, sponsorships, documentaries, corporate films, photography, videography, and digital content services.
The ideal candidate should have experience in media sales, advertising sales, sponsorship sales, or business development and possess strong client relationship and communication skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Sales \& Advertising Revenue
- Generate revenue through advertising sales, media partnerships, sponsorships, and branded content opportunities.
- Sell advertising solutions across digital platforms, social media campaigns, event properties, branded content, and corporate communication channels.
- Identify and approach brands, corporates, startups, agencies, educational institutions, and government organizations for advertising and promotional opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Sponsorship \& Brand Partnerships
- Develop sponsorship opportunities for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, awards, and brand activation programs.
- Pitch customized branding and visibility packages to potential sponsors.
- Build relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, media planners, and agency professionals.
- Support the execution of sponsorship and partnership agreements.
Documentary \& Content Production Sales
- Promote TFG's documentary filmmaking, corporate film production, promotional videos, CSR films, leadership interviews, training videos, and brand storytelling services.

- Coordinate with creative and production teams to develop tailored proposals.
Lead Generation \& Client Acquisition
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Convert prospects into long\-term business relationships.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client marketing and communication objectives.
- Recommend suitable advertising, branding, content, and media solutions.
- Ensure timely follow\-ups, proposal submissions, and client servicing.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Proposal Development \& Sales Support
- Prepare sales presentations, media proposals, sponsorship decks, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project planning and delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Market Research \& Industry Networking
- Monitor market trends, advertising spends, competitor activities, and emerging media opportunities.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and partnerships.
- Stay informed about developments in digital media, branded content, and advertising solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Brand Partnerships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales opportunities independently.
- Good understanding of advertising, media planning, sponsorships, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
