OHO Radio\- Our Himalayan Online Radio is Uttrakhand’s largest radio station network available in three locations Dehradun, Haridwar and Haldwani. It is also the first app based digital audio platform dedicated to celebrating the culture, stories, and voices of Uttarakhand. OHO Radio leverages innovative audio\-tech and content to provide a unique platform for advertisers and listeners alike, fostering community engagement through high\-quality, localized content across the Himalayan region and beyond.

  • *Role Overview:**

As a Sales Manager, you will lead the charge in expanding OHO Radio’s commercial footprint by driving revenue through strategic media partnerships and advertising solutions. You will work closely with brand managers, local businesses, and national agencies to craft compelling media campaigns that leverage our unique audio ecosystem. By balancing creative growth marketing with rigorous sales analytics, you will directly influence the company’s market penetration and financial health, ensuring that our platform remains the premier choice for advertisers looking to connect with the regional audience in Dehradun and beyond.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**

\- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure advertising revenue from regional and national brands, ensuring consistent growth in our media operations.

\- Build and nurture long\-term relationships with key stakeholders, including media agencies and corporate marketing teams, to position OHO Radio as a high\-impact publishing partner.

\- Analyse sales performance metrics and market trends to refine our growth marketing

initiatives and optimize inventory utilization.

\- Collaborate with the content and production teams to translate client requirements into bespoke audio solutions that deliver measurable ROI for our partners.

\- Manage the end\-to\-end sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting and pitch development to contract negotiation and post\-campaign performance reporting.

  • *Required Skillset:**

\- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles within the media or digital publishing industry, with 4 to 10 years of professional experience.

\- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and audience insights to drive strategic decision\-making.

\- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing senior decision\-makers and building rapport with diverse client sets.

\- Proven track record in growth marketing, with a deep understanding of how to scale media products in a competitive digital landscape.

\- Ability to thrive in an on\-site work environment in Dehradun, maintaining high levels of self\-motivation and operational discipline.

\- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, complemented by a strong grasp of the regional media ecosystem.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
