• *About the Role**

NeoDocs is a health\-tech company making preventive diagnostics smarter and more accessible. We’re hiring a field\-facing growth professional to drive partnerships and doctor outreach across Hyderabad — a high\-impact role with real earning potential.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Build partnerships with pharma companies, foundations \& dialysis centres
• Pitch NeoDocs solutions to healthcare organisations \& close tie\-ups
• Conduct regular field visits to doctors and clinics
• Onboard \& manage distributor relationships
• Represent NeoDocs at healthcare events \& partner meetings
• Track leads, conversions \& report market feedback

• *Who are you**

• 1–3 yrs in medical sales / pharma / healthcare BD (or a strong fresher)
• Excellent communicator — builds trust with doctors \& partners quickly
• Self\-motivated, target\-driven, comfortable with field work
• Fluent in Telugu/Hindi; basic English proficiency
• Prior exposure to diagnostics or health\-tech is a plus

• *Fixed Pay:** ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
