Medical Manager- Advertising

We are looking for a scientifically driven Medical Writer who can transform complex clinical evidence into compelling, scientifically accurate, and strategically aligned communication for pharmaceutical and healthcare brands. The role requires expertise in medical research, scientific storytelling, brand strategy, and cross\-functional collaboration to support pre\-launch, launch, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesScientific Research \& Medical Writing

• Conduct comprehensive literature searches on pharmaceutical drug moieties, disease areas, medical devices, and therapeutic landscapes using credible scientific databases.
• Develop scientifically accurate, evidence\-based content for pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.

Scientific Content Development

Develop high\-quality medical and marketing content across print, digital, multimedia, and interactive platforms, including:

• Visual aids, product monographs, compendiums, case reports, newsletters, medical websites. emailers, detail aids, video storyboards and scripts, patient education materials (Posters, pamphlets, flipcharts, and magazines) and medical devices.

Brand Strategy \& Scientific Positioning

• Build differentiated brand identities by uncovering unique scientific and clinical insights from molecular mechanisms, clinical evidence, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop scientific communication platforms and brand narratives for pre\-launch, launch, and post\-launch campaigns.
• Prepare concept notes, communication frameworks, and tables of contents for scientific deliverables.
• Support brand repositioning through evidence\-based messaging.

Medical Communication

• Translate complex medical and scientific information into clear, engaging, and persuasive content tailored for Healthcareprofessionals,Specialists,Patients,Caregivers
• Ensure all communication is scientifically accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand strategy.

Cross\-functional Collaboration

• Partner with Art Directors, Copywriters, Account Managers, and Strategy teams to deliver integrated scientific campaigns.
• Work closely with medical review team to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in delivering ideas that are scientifically driven for creating concepts while maintaining medical integrity.

Client Engagement

• Participate in client meetings, scientific discussions, and pitch presentations.
• Present scientific rationale, communication strategies, and medical evidence with confidence.

Required Skills \& Competencies

• Strong understanding of pharmacology, therapeutics, disease biology, and molecular mechanisms.
• Expertise in literature search and appraisal using PubMed and other scientific databases.
• Excellent scientific writing and editing skills.
• Ability to interpret clinical trial data and convert evidence into impactful communication.
• Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical branding and healthcare marketing principles.
• Experience developing omnichannel scientific communication materials.
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare brands.
• Exposure to pre\-launch, launch, and lifecycle brand management.
• Experience developing communication for multiple stakeholders including HCPs, patients, caregivers, and sales teams.
• Familiarity with therapeutic areas such as oncology, diabetes, cardiology, immunology, respiratory, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, or other specialty care areas is an advantage.

• PharmD, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
