Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies in the assigned territory.
• Promote company products through effective product detailing and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Generate prescriptions and ensure product availability at chemists and distributors.
• Achieve monthly sales and coverage targets.
• Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain daily call reports and submit activity reports on time.
• Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
• Ensure ethical promotion practices and company compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Pharma/Healthcare Sales.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills.
• Must own a two\-wheeler and valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
