Job Description

Cadell Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, self\-motivated and result\-oriented Medical Representatives to strengthen its pharmaceutical sales operations across Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists and stockists.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Conduct regular doctor visits and effective product detailing.
• Perform Retail Chemist Prescription Audits (RCPA).
• Develop new prescribers and expand product coverage.
• Maintain Daily Call Reports (DCR) and sales activity records.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability.
• Implement company sales and marketing strategies
