Job Summary

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and generate prescriptions for the company's products from healthcare professionals.
• Regularly visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and chemists as per the daily call plan.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Organize and participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and other promotional activities.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with distributors for stock management.
• Prepare and submit daily call reports, expense statements, and other sales reports on time.
• Comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or any relevant discipline.
• 3\-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and medical terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
