- *Hiring: Medical Representative (MR)**
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 5\+ Years in Pharma / Ayurveda
- *About the Role:**
We are looking for an experienced Medical Representative to promote Ayurvedic wellness products, build strong relationships with doctors, drive prescriptions, and expand product availability across Jaipur.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
\* Build and maintain relationships with General Practitioners (GPs), Ayurvedic doctors, and key clinics.
\* Promote products and drive doctor prescriptions.
\* Manage daily doctor visits and territory beat planning.
\* Develop relationships with chemists to ensure product availability and visibility.
\* Track sales performance, doctor conversions, and daily field activities.
\* Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to support business growth.
- *Requirements:**
\* Minimum 5\+ years of field sales experience in Pharma, Ayurveda, or the Wellness industry.
\* Strong existing doctor network in Jaipur, especially GP and CP.
\* Good communication skills and fluency in Hindi.
\* Experience in product detailing, beat planning, and chemist coordination.
\* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
