Medical Representative (MR)

• *Position Overview**

We are seeking dynamic, results\-oriented, and self\-motivated Medical Representatives to promote our pharmaceutical products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive prescription generation within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to consistently achieve sales objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and retail chemists within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals to increase product prescriptions.
• Plan and execute daily field visits as per the company's call average and coverage norms.
• Ensure regular doctor calls, chemist visits, and stockist interactions to maximize product availability.
• Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical advantages.
• Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities whenever required.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new product launches, and market trends.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily call reports, expense statements, tour plans, and sales updates.
• Coordinate with distributors and stockists to maintain adequate product availability and resolve supply\-related issues.
• Build new customer relationships while strengthening the existing customer base.
• Maintain high ethical standards and comply with company policies and pharmaceutical industry guidelines.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Life Sciences preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may be considered.
• Candidates with 1–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative will be preferred.
• Local candidates with knowledge of the assigned territory will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
