Medical Representative

• *Job Summary:**

Quincare is looking for a result\-driven Medical Representative who can actively promote pharmaceutical products, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieve aggressive sales \& recovery targets within assigned territories.

This role is ideal for candidates who are highly motivated, disciplined, and capable of delivering measurable sales performance in a competitive pharma market.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Promote company products to doctors, chemists, stockists, and hospitals
• Achieve monthly secondary sales and recovery targets consistently
• Make minimum 20 productive field calls daily
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Conduct product detailing, presentations, and demonstrations
• Ensure timely order generation, supply coordination, and payment collection
• Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate field data
• Ensure compliance with ethical promotion practices and industry regulations
• Manage territory efficiently to maximize coverage and productivity

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharma preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a target\-driven field environment
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical sales is preferred
• Freshers with high energy and learning attitude can apply
