Member Relations Manager

• *Job Description (JD):**

The Member Relationship Manager is responsible for managing member relationships, driving memberships and sales enquiries, enhancing member experience, coordinating events, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. The role acts as the primary bridge between the club and its members/clients while ensuring professional service, timely responses, and strong relationship\-building.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Act as the first point of contact for members’ queries, feedback, and complaints.
• Assist members in navigating club services, facilities, and processes.
• Handle enquiries for memberships, banquets, rooms, events, and golf\-related bookings.
• Explain membership/booking options, pricing, inclusions, and policies.
• Explain club rules, benefits, and facility usage.
• Coordinate with Marketing/EA team for campaigns: WhatsApp, emailers, newsletters, social media.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F\&B, golf department, operations, and accounts to resolve member issues.
• Help plan and execute club events: workshops, tournaments, celebrations, gatherings.
• Maintain daily enquiry logs and CRM reports.
• Prepare weekly updates on membership growth, leads, and interactions.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 5\+ years of experience in client/member relations, account management, hospitality, or sales.
• Having excellent verbal \& written communication skills
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
