Chudasama Outsourcing Pvt Ltd is an Architecture and AEC Outsourcing company providing BIM,CAD and engineering support services for international clients. Our projects cover USA, UK and Australia markets, including residential and commercial developments. We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Engineer / Revit MEP Engineer with strong experience in Mechanical (HVAC) and Plumbing systems to join our in\-house team in Ahmedabad.

• *Position Overview**

The MEP BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing and coordinating Mechanical and Plumbing BIM models, drawings and documentation for international residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands\-on experience with Autodesk Revit MEP, good knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing systems, and the ability to work according to international project standards and client requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop detailed Mechanical/HVAC and Plumbing BIM models using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Prepare MEP layouts, plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules.
• Model HVAC ductwork, piping, equipment and related mechanical services.
• Model domestic water, sanitary, drainage, waste, vent and stormwater systems.
• Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings and coordination drawings.
• Coordinate Mechanical and Plumbing services with Architectural and Structural disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Identify and resolve MEP modelling and coordination issues.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and markups.
• Update BIM models based on design changes and client comments.
• Maintain models according to required LOD and project standards.
• Follow project\-specific BIM standards, naming conventions and documentation requirements.
• Perform quality checks and ensure accurate project deliverables.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, Engineers, Architects and international project teams.
• Complete assigned projects within required quality and delivery timelines.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in MEP BIM / Mechanical \& Plumbing modelling.
• Strong hands\-on experience in Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Good knowledge of Mechanical/HVAC and Plumbing systems.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings, layouts and specifications.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work on multiple international projects and meet deadlines.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience working on USA, UK or Australia projects.
• Knowledge of international BIM standards and workflows.
• Experience with LOD 300 / 350 / 400 modelling.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience in AEC / BIM Outsourcing projects.
• Experience with Revit Family creation/modification.
• Knowledge of international Mechanical and Plumbing codes/standards will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
