MEP Engineer

We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to design, coordinate and execute the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for our projects, keeping every space safe, efficient and within building codes.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and review heating/cooling (HVAC), electrical, plumbing and fire\-fighting systems.
• Prepare MEP drawings, layouts, schematics and shop drawings.
• Calculate heat load, electrical load, water demand and drainage sizes.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), technical specifications and cost estimates.
• Work with architects, interior designers and structural teams to fix any clashes between services.
• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning on site.
• Review vendor submittals and make sure work meets NBC, ASHRAE, NFPA and IS standards.
• Track quality, safety and progress, and prepare site reports.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
