MEP Manager

• *Job Description**

• Lead end to end MEP Planning and execution across projects.
• Review MEP designs, drawings, specifications and technical submissions. Drive quality, safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure seamless coordination between design consultants, contractors and project teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resource planning for MEP activities. Resolve technical challenges while maintaining project efficiency.
• Support value engineering initiatives without compromising performance or quality.

• *Qualification \& Experience:**

• Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering.
• 15\+ years of experience in construction management / PMC roles.
• Proven experience in corporate offices, IT parks, commercial buildings, and high\-end interior fit\-out projects.
• Strong exposure to client\-side project management and consultant coordination.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000\.00 per year
