Job Overview
Ambient HVAC Solution is seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented MEP Sales Executive to drive business growth and develop strong client relationships within the HVAC and MEP industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying project requirements, conducting client meetings, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills, along with a basic understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify and meet potential clients including builders, contractors, architects, consultants, project management companies, industries, and commercial establishments.
- Promote the company's MEP and HVAC solutions to prospective customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions to understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and project\-related documentation.
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for preparing technical and commercial offers.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and ongoing opportunities to secure orders.
- Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project status reports.
- Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and client support.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in MEP, HVAC, Construction, Building Services, Engineering Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Basic understanding of MEP systems, project sales, and tendering processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
- Two\-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
